  • Harassing, threatening, or engaging in inappropriate behaviour towards mentors or staff
  • Recording sessions without explicit written consent from all parties
  • Using our services to compete directly with our business or solicit our mentors for independent services

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Payment terms and pricing for our services will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices. General payment conditions include:

  • Payments are due according to the schedule specified in your service agreement
  • All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required
  • Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional charges
  • Refunds are provided according to our cancellation policy outlined in service agreements
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice

Cancellation and rescheduling policies:

  • Individual sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to charges

  • Refunds for cancelled services will be processed according to the terms specified in your agreement

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Termination by Us:

  • Termination for cause does not entitle you to refunds for services already provided

Upon termination:

  • You must return or destroy any proprietary materials in your possession
  • All payment obligations for services provided remain due
  • Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
